2.2. Access to our website automatically launches the transmission of information to the server of our site and through the browser installed on the device of the Website User and their temporary storage on the so-called log-file. We have no influence on this process.

2.3. When establishing contact with us (via the contact form or by e-mail), the User's data necessary to accept the contact / inquiry and its implementation in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RDO (for carrying out the pre-contract action). Users' data can be stored in our CRM system (Customer-Relationship-Management System) or in a comparable system receiving queries.

The CRM system is administered by the provider based on our legitimate interest (efficient and quick processing of the user's detailed data). Accordingly, we have concluded a contract with the supplier in accordance with art. 28 OF THE RODO, in which the supplier as a processor is committed to processing user data only according to our guidelines, as well as to comply with data protection standards adopted in the EU.

2.4. We store personal data of the Website Users only for the period necessary to answer questions or solve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with the legal requirements arising from the applicable provisions. After this period, Users' personal data will be removed from all systems.

ACCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. We provide data about and provided by Website Users through analytical and statistical tools. This data includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, cellular network data, including the name of the operator and the version number of the application, as well as the interactions of applications, browsers and devices with Google services, including IP address, reports on failures, data on system activity and the date, time and URL of the requesting party. Therefore, pseudo-anonymous profiles of Users are created and cookies are used. Information provided by cookies regarding the use of the website, as follows:

browser type / version, operating system in use, URL address (previously visited page), computer's IP address, time of sending a server query are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google operates within the framework of the Privacy-Shield Agreement, thus guaranteeing compliance with European data protection law.
